Registered Dental Hygienist/Office Manager

I work one-on-one with each patient for all their dental hygiene needs. I also handle supply ordering and fill in wherever I am needed. For almost 20 years, I’ve been proud to call Hawley Dental Associates home. My favorite part of my job is working with people. I enjoy helping them better understand how important good oral health is for their body as a whole. I love working with my doctors, not only because they are excellent clinicians, but because they are my sister and brother-in-law! We always put family first! I am blessed with two boys who keep me busy in my free time. We enjoy many outdoor activities including camping, going to the beach, snow skiing, and traveling.

Registered Dental Hygienist

I am responsible for providing oral hygiene procedures and education for all our new and existing patients, and I’ve been a proud member of Hawley Dental Associates since 1992. I enjoy making personal connections with my patients and helping them understand the importance of a healthy mouth and smile. Our patients know they are getting the most advanced treatment possible in a comfortable, friendly, upscale environment. My free time is usually spent helping my husband, Bryant, at his restaurant, Ukulele Brands.

Registered Dental Hygiene

Donna has 13 years experience and has worked in our office before. She has lived in Land O Lakes for 8 and a half years. Very detail oriented and loves working with people. Member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. She also volunteers for Mission Smiles in Tampa, providing dental care to the indigent. She is a big hockey fan..Go Lightening!

Rochelle

Certified Dental Assistant, Ortho Assistant

I assist our doctors during all phases of patient care, from the time their braces are put on to the awesome day when they are removed. I enjoy developing relationships with our patients during this time and I get excited right along with them as their smiles transform. Drs. Hawley and Hawley are very passionate about their work and the results their patients achieve. I should know; I was a patient here myself! I am a Tampa native, graduating from Tampa Catholic High School and Florida College. I am married to Al who is a Tampa firefighter. Together, we have six children and a retriever named Lucy. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, and entertaining.

Carrie

Certified Dental Assistant

I assist Dr. Robin and Dr. Debbie with many of our patients’ treatments, especially during complex cases such as implants. It is my goal to keep the clinical areas running smoothly so our patients can have an efficient dental experience. The best part of my job is working with people to help change their lives by improving their dental health. I really love working with Drs. Robin and Deborah. They are honest and patient-oriented, only recommending the best treatment for patients to achieve their goals. At home, I have a son, Garrett, who I love to spend time with as well as our pet dog named Diesel.
